Bear Country Realty is a division of Culbert's Missabe Appraisal Service Inc., and has continued under its present ownership since 1996. The president Betty C. Culbert CGRPA is the daughter of Walter W. Culbert, the original founder of Culbert's Missabe Appraisal Service, Inc.
